Chardonnay

Chardonnay

Ripe pear and vanilla aromas lifted with sweet oak. Lush Asian pear and golden delicious apple with toasted marshmallow flavors. The wine is viscous, with plenty of acid to balance and finishes with bright fruit flavors of treeripe apricot and white peach.

Red Blend

Red Blend

Bright red rope licorice with plum compote to start. This wine is elegant and approachable with violet aromas mixed with raspberry preserves. Fantastic mouth-watering acidity balances out the creamy texture. Gripping tannins keep the flavors lingering but are round and integrated, finishes with black cherry and toasted almond notes.

Merlot

Merlot

On the nose, notes of cigar box and black pepper. This is a big Merlot with chewy and integrated tannins but balanced with plenty of fruit to make it approachable. Dark black fruit flavors on the palate with touches of plum, tanned leather and fresh tobacco. A nice long finish with toasted oak, sweet ripe Bing cherries and roasted coffee beans.

White Blend

Aromatics of honeysuckle and jasmine flavor open to reveal ripe stone fruit flavors with heavy notes of white nectarine and a touch of wet stone and minerals. Balanced sweetness with bright acidity make the wine easy to enjoy. Fresh orange peel and honey flavors on the finish.

Wild blueberry and black plum aromas with a touch of black pepper. This is a full-bodied wine with a round mouthfeel and silky tannins that provide structure and balance. The Palate bursts with blueberry and blackberry flavors with a touch of vanilla, tanned leather and a spicy peppery note mid-palate. The finish is long with lingering black fruit flavors.

Blanc de Noirs

Blanc de Noirs

Pale salmon in color, this full-bodied wine has a fine mousse and a creamy, rich texture. Complex aromas and flavors of raspberry, baked pear and cherry are complemented by a hint of toasted vanilla. The balance of fruit, minerals and crisp acidity lead to a round mouthfeel and lasting finish.

Grenache Rosé

Grenache Rosé

Light pink in color with aromatics of cranberry and watermelon that lead to fresh picked strawberry and cling peaches on the palate. The acid is bright and well-balanced, making it a perfect wine to enjoy on its own or paired with cheeses, green salads, crudité plates, or pasta salads.

Aromas of citrus blossom, stone fruit and fresh cut grass lead to flavors of gooseberry and kiwi. Wet stone and key lime linger on palate with bright cleaning acid and minerality. Pairs well with shrimp scampi, raw oysters, spinach salads and grilled pineapple. Enjoy at a chilled temperature.

2016 Petit Verdot – Columbia Valley

Aromas of fresh tobacco, purple flowers and dark chocolate lead to flavors of mixed berry pie, anise and cassis. This wine has a beautiful, full-bodied structure with smooth tannins and a lingering finish with hints of dried red delicious apples, ripe black plums and toasted cedar. Pairs well with grilled or roasted red meats, foraged mushrooms and dark chocolate.
