2017 Roussanne

Aromas of lemon, pear and bright pineapple marry with honeysuckle and hints of lime. Silky smooth with a round mouthfeel, notes of limestone and lemon persist on the long, concentrated finish. This wine is exceptionally food friendly and is excellent with shellfish and spicy Asian cuisine.
2017 Sauvignon Blanc

Aromas of citrus, stone fruit blossom and fresh cut grass lead to flavors of gooseberry, kiwi, and flint. 2016 Petit Verdot

Aromas of fresh tobacco, florals, and dark chocolate lead to flavors of mixed berry pie, anise, and cassis. With structure and full-bodied tannins, the finish presents dried red apples, ripe black plums, and sweet toasted cedar. This wine pairs well with fatty grilled red meats, foraged mushrooms, and dark chocolates.
